| Michael jackson is to enter a court case involving the family of a woman who was moved from her bed in a hospital in order to make room for michael ( who was suffering from flu like symptoms.)
The woman died later that day from a heart attack
The family are bringing this to court as they believe michael abused his celebrity status in order to gain entry to the hospital | |

| Maybe the family should sue only the hospital... I am pretty sure that Michael would have never agreed on that if he had been aware of this... The hospital though wasn't professional at all... | That is soo dumb there is no way that anyone would say "Take the dying women out of there so I can get help" People just like to start stuff. However I would see the part about the hospital getting caught up in the fact that MJ was there. Thats not his fault though because famous people have to go to the hospital too. I hope the article is false though. | |
