Oh no... that reminds me of my doggy Chiquita(Spanish word for small) whos topped eating... I will be praying and hope a miracle can happen for you and Merlot.

Thank you all, I will probably go tomorrow and put him to sleep... I am so desperate, so sad... And now my mother has a huge blood-pressure peak, and I feel so responsible... She is 85 years old... I feel like I have a huge dark cloud over the head...

Ok I am leaving shorthly with my sister to the vet. Merlot is barely still alive... My heart is broken... I will survive, I know but God it hurts.... crying

. He's in good company and playing with all the other cats,dogs and animals. I know it's hard but I guess sometimes it has to be done.

I have worked today and keeping my mind off things helped...

I am ok, heart broken but I know it will pass... He was so sick... It,s just the selfish part that wants him back, or can't let go... But I know he is better where he is... And yes he is in heaven with Amanda's dog, Choo choo (cute name!) and my prior cats...

he shall be so missed but I will keep great memories of him and his predecessors...

The hardest is to be alone in the apartment, I have never "lived" alone. I always had either human or animal company... To be honest, I think it's the selfish fear of being alone that hurts me more... But he was so sick... and so skinny, he was skin and bones... I really miss that fluffy, adorable cat.... He was just 8... 2 of my other cats went on to 16 and 17 years old and Merlin (One of Merlot's predecessors too) only went to 8 years old too. But the thing is that both those cats were almost clones! They looked so much alike... But I love all my cats...

My ex husband invited me for dinner tonight and he bought a new cat (He kept one of our cats after the divorce and had to put him to sleep right before Xmas after 16 years) and his kitten is so adorable and sweet!

Don't ask me why I love animals so much, I have no idea!!! And they too love me! I love dogs too! If i had a house with a big back yard!! The place would be a real pet shop! LOL!

I am feeling a bit better... Time is all it takes...
